Join us for an afternoon designed to restore your body, calm your mind, and be nurtured by community connection.
Sweetbay instructor Rocky Delaplaine and Vitality Breath Founder Lauren Chelec Cafritz will guide you through restorative yoga and a full therapeutic breath session. These powerful practices will help you release stress, replenish your energy, and find greater balance. We’ll close with sharing and a community tea.

Facilitator Training
2026 Dates Coming Soon
Our Facilitator Training is designed for anyone looking to become a Vitality Breath Facilitator or deepen your personal practice. This 200-hour program will take your training to the next level.
You will learn to:
Identify ineffective breathing patterns
Use conscious connected breathing practices to help clients explore, release, and integrate mentally, emotionally and physically
Teach healthy breathing skills to individuals and groups
Examine issues of trauma recovery, depression, anxiety and addictions through breathwork
Use breathwork to enhance your personal growth and development
Release core traumas that interfere with your effectiveness as a practitioner
Integrate breathwork into your present work
Facilitate full breathwork sessions
We will meet once a month for 12 months in both virtual and in-person sessions. Upon completion, you will become a Vitality Breath Apprentice and can start offering breathwork sessions while completing the rest of your training.
